Hi! My name is Ana Maria, and I’m from Colombia. I spend about 8–9 months every year traveling through Europe while working remotely, and one of the things I love most during my travels is taking care of animals. Over the years, I’ve looked after dogs, cats, birds, goats, and even some other farm animals for friends and friends of friends. It has become such a passion for me, and I feel so grateful every time people trust me with their loved pets while they’re away! 

I’ve always had a special connection with animals. Dogs usually come to me right away, and with cats I’ve learned to be patient and understand their personality—before I know it, they’re asking me for cuddles or a nice massage session. Spending time with animals gives me so much joy, and even my partner jokes that I can “speak telepathically” with them.

Most of the time, I prefer to take care of pets in their own homes so they feel safe and comfortable. However, I’m also flexible and can bring them with me if I already have accommodation. I don’t need much—just a cozy space near the pet I’ll be caring for is enough. 🌸
