Hi! I’m Natella, a student and musician living in Vienna, and I’ve been around animals for most of my life. I genuinely love caring for them and getting to know their different personalities.

Over the years, I’ve had a corgi, two Yorkshire Terriers, a mixed-breed dog and four cats. I’ve also regularly helped friends and people I know with their pets — having dogs stay with me while their owners were away and visiting cats in their homes to feed them, spend time with them and make sure everything was okay. My experience comes from many years of caring for my own and other people’s animals rather than professional pet-care work.

I also have experience with elderly animals and pets with additional care needs. One of my Yorkies lived to a very old age and eventually needed a lot of daily assistance. I’ve cared for dogs with limited mobility, including dogs using mobility aids and dogs that needed to be carried outside for toilet breaks. I’m also comfortable following special feeding routines and have experience patiently hand-feeding animals that struggled to eat independently. I know that animals who need extra help require patience, gentleness and a lot of attention, and I’m very comfortable providing that.

I offer 30-minute dog walks adapted to your dog’s usual pace and energy level. Home visits last at least 30 minutes and can include feeding, fresh water, cleaning up, playtime, attention and taking dogs outside when needed. For doggy day care, your dog can spend the day with me with walks, company, playtime and their usual feeding routine. I also offer overnight boarding at my home and house sitting at the owner’s home, always following your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible.

I care for both dogs and cats and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes, as long as they are not aggressive.

I live in an apartment with a flatmate who also loves animals, and there are currently no pets living with us. We have access to an inner courtyard, and there are several green spaces and parks very close to my home, with the nearest one only about a minute away.

My schedule is relatively flexible because I’m a student and work partly from home. When a dog is staying with me, they would normally not be left alone for more than 2–3 hours at a time. I’m happy to adapt walks, feeding and daily routines to your pet’s individual needs.

I’d also be happy to meet you and your pet before the first booking. I think it’s important that both you and your pet feel comfortable with me before you leave them in my care.

I speak English and Russian and am currently learning German and Spanish.
